top jobs
• My
top job in this industry would probably be camera operator because I’m
quite interested in different shots that you can take and different photo
angles, I think this would be and a useful skill to learn about for the film
and television industry as will be using equipment like this in our upcoming
collage news production. The skills the a camera operator will need is to know how to use the equipment so that there are no accidents during filming. They will also need to have good attention to detail to makes sure that there is nothing in frame that shouldn’t
be there, such as a boom microphone or a crew member. They will also need good listening skills so that they can hear what is being asked of them by the director so that the scene would not have to be shot again because of a mistake or error with the camera. They would also need good concentration to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the scene footage for example if the camera was out of focus they would need to go back and refill where is if the camera operator has good concentration they would notice that the camera is out of focus and fix it before shooting.
• The
second job I might like to work in the industry would probably be art director,
as I like working with my hands and coming up with set/lighting ideas. They would be expected to think visually meaning BW to see and imagine what they want the set like all the lighting like so they can create an idea in their head. They would also be expected to have good knowledge and practical understanding of building and construction so that when they make the set there no danger hazards or risks for the crew members. Another thing theyWill need to be good at is communication and teamwork because they will be working with other departments they would need to be able to communicate and discuss what their ideas are and reflect off of the other heads of department such as lighting setting etc. They Will also need to be willing to work long and regular hours to get everything finished in preproduction before shooting they would also need to work throughout the show/production.
• Third
job would probably be assistant art director because they’re very similar jobs. The parts paid by director of art and assistant director of art are very similar in terms of what they do such as they would also have to be prepared to work long hours and regular hours in order to get everything finished, I will also need to have good creative and visual thinking so that whist they’re coming up with ideas there able to picture how they want the scene to look. They will also need to be good at working in a team and developing on the ideas already to make their ideas better and develop them. They will also have to be able to respond to unexpected situations, dealing with stressful concert circumstances in a calm and effective manner in order not to Panic or create a stressful environment for the team there in.
• I
also find aerial camera assistant quite interesting as it is based on all birds
eye view and think this could be quite interesting role in the industry
and quite a good way to get used to all the equipment. You have to have a good Knowledge of the camera QuitYman and you don’t have to have a license to fly the aircraft. It is important to have good knowledge of the camera Quitman in order to attach it properly onto the aircraft and prevent any equipment loss. You would also have to be good and stay calm under pressure this will be helpful where dropping the aircraft as there will be a lot of pressure on you to get the right footage. When the aircraft you also need strong concentration skills in order to stay focused on the subject matter in this case Filming for the scene required. You also need to be able to lead team was taking directions from your leader. If you get
• Last
one I’m interested in would probably be director of photography because
they work with all cameras and photography-based departments and I would
find this quite interesting. They would need to have a good creative and artistic vision in order to come up with ideas for set and lighting design, they would also have to be good at taking directions quickly and responding to them create lay in order to create improve on a Scene or other wise. They have to also be really good with paying attention and detail on the designs of sets or lighting I need to have good knowledge of health and safety legislations and procedures in order to keep crewmembers and cast members safe was filming. You don’t have to have good teamwork in order to communicate work between departments and to develop ideas within production grapes. But have to be flexible in order to adapt and change the idea instantly to make this even more suitable.
