Evaluate the phyco scene

 Today we screamed I work psycho shower scene, in which we had to create sound effects to add into a scene from psycho (Specifically the shower scene ). We first did this by watching the scene and listening to all the sounds we can hear and from there we listed  what sound affects we needed to create.  I feel like our production that we created was good, we could’ve added a few more  sound effects into production.  We were originally in groups of 4 to create the sound effects but then we split off into pairs to do the production.In our group we couldn’t find our sound effects that we created because we couldn’t remember where we save them, so we had to use noises from have a great and of the Internet.The sound affects that went well in our production where the shower because we managed to get it on good timing when the shower start so does the noise, we also managed to find some creepy nois The sound affects that went well in a production where the shower because we managed to get it on good timing when the shower starts so just annoys, we also managed to find some  Music to play in the background., It turns out that this music was the original music from the production so we managed to use this to create a better noise. Will you try to get a stabbing noise into this production but for some reason it wouldn’t save to the memory stick so we were unable to get the noise it in but fortunately the cycle music is loud enough to not need the noise.  We found the editing process hard because neither me or my partner had used it properly before and we went for Milear with the set up. We found it quite hard to get the timing on the sound affects too much quite exactly to the film. We would’ve liked to get the stabbing noise into the production but unfortunately we couldn’t for reasons unknown, next time we will try to find a solution. We added two types of music we had a slow low creepy music playing when the man entered the shower room, we also had the psycho  Music stop playing as soon as he opened the shower curtain.

Camera Techniques. Tilted Panning  This is when you use a tripod to scale up or down a subject during the attention to different pats of the subject as you do it. For example, if i had a person i was introducing to a program and i wanted to build tension i would use a upward pan so that at you see more of the body you can try figure out who it is. You can create an upwards tilted pan, by starting the tripod tilted to the ground you can start filing the feet and slowly go up the body and viser verser. I would use a downward pan if i was scaling a build to meet a subject at the bottom of it.  This would be useful in my production if I were to create a more dominating factor to a character for example if Danny was standing in a normal frame shot he would seem less dominating, whereas ifThis camera shot was used it would be like a slow  reveal to find out Who is under his mask. sound effects

On Monday we got into our groups that we were in before to create the sound effects so that we could edit them in to the video. Unfortunately our in sound affects didn’t save so we could not use them, but instead another group let us used their sound and we use video converter to get siundv effects off the Internet. We started off by turning the sound off the original video so that you can hear the sound effects we created. Once that was done we found the appropriate sound effects for the moment in the scene, because we had to use sound effects off the Internet we had to use video converter and the site that we used was quite slow so we only got the sound effect of the knife stabbing.  The first thing we had to do was to come up with ideas for our adverts.  As a group we were able to come up with three different ideas that we thought would work well, these ideas were to have a family playing on the kindle I’m going through all the features with some dramatic music. The second idea was to do a generic phone advert with cinematic shots of the  kinda.  The final idea in the one we chose was to make it look as if the kindle was being experimented on find out what it could do  i’m find out all the different features it has. We also added the cinematic shots from the second idea at the end with some information about the product.  So the first thing we had to do was to come up with  advert ideas the.  Were able to do this quite well in a group as we have different suggestions and we were able to narrow it down to 3 main ideas.
